This program is a practical approach to using your mind skillfully to help cultivate inner resources to help your brain to develop positive neural pathways which will help you to thrive.
The practices in the Positive Neuroplasticity program turn fleeting experiences into lasting inner resources. It involves making deliberate efforts inside your mind to make lasting changes in your neural pathways.
In these practices, you will direct your mind towards positive states and traits in order to sensitize your brain to positive experiences. The practices help create a positive mindset.
The four week program is available to small groups. (min 10 max 20)
One on one sessions are also available by appointment.
*The program is not recommended for individuals with severe depression, trauma or a history of psychotic experiences.
